ZAWMET" - Technological Characteristics
The beginnings of our company date back to 1995, when it operated under the name Usługi Ślusarsko-Tokarskie. In 2001, the company underwent reorganization, and the name was changed to ZAWMET Production-Service-Trade Company.
The technological equipment of our plant allows the production of structurally diverse parts—ranging from semi-finished products to complete devices.
Our diverse machine park and its parameters are adapted to both single and serial production, enabling us to meet the individual needs of our clients.
The range of materials used for manufacturing products is very wide, depending on the customer’s requirements outlined in the documentation (carbon steels, aluminum, brass, bronzes).
Moreover, in neighboring plants, we have the possibility of performing heat treatment, galvanic treatment, and gear milling. We also collaborate with a foundry for cast iron and aluminum.
The parts we produce are used in the machinery, aerospace, railway, medical, and food industries. Our customers are contractors from Poland, Germany, France, and the United States.
